I hate wind. But you did good with 5 keepers anyway. Great pics, thanks for sharing.
I fish from a 22' pontoon, and it's tough when there's a wind over about 8 mph from the south, but the north wind yesterday was really tough! The wind was around 10 mph from the NNE, and my i-Pilot had to work overtime to keep me in my spot, but I still had a really hard time staying close to my brush piles. Since the prevailing wind on my lake is usually from the south, I've placed my piles strategically so that I have some form of a wind break. Doesn't work well when the wind is 180 degrees off!
I kept 5 over 11" for the bride and I to have for supper and I threw back LOTS of crappie that were 8" or less. Another issue I had was the bream! Not sure why, but they were really aggressive yesterday and would nail my baits when they hit the water. All of them were about the size of the one pictured below.
Water temp was 87 degrees, and I was fishing in 20 FOW with fish suspended at ~10'.
Good report and pics....thanks for sharing

Some really nice crappie there. Have you ever tried just giving up on fighting the wind and going with it? We drift quite often for crappie over 20'+ water and sometimes our jigs seem like their water skiing! Yet.....it has produced for us very well at times. Just a thought. Nice report and pictures.

Good looking supper you have there.
Nice job, you’ve got dinner covered! Oklahoma here, just like you we wouldn’t get to fish much if we didn’t fish in the wind.
