The crappie fishermen in the north have it worse as there are 10 times as many bass tourneys by clubs on the northern natural lakes than in the central and southern part of the state. Indiana DNR issues the permits of these tourneys and they regulate how many boats/tourneys can be established with the exception of the under 20 boat club type tourneys. Not sure if the cutoff is 20or 25 boats without procuring a permit. Can I call it a replay of Caddy Shack?
