Default A beautiful day to be on the lake today (Pics)

You really don't get days like this in March very often, It was beautiful. It was just about too warm, but nice. I fished Morgan Point today with my cousin, it was slow most of the day but picked up between 10 am and 1 pm, we caught most of our fish then, and then a few later before we left. The fish we caught were good ones with a 2 lb 1 oz. slab for the biggest, but had several close to 2. We caught the first 3 on jigs close to the bank, all males, and the rest were caught in 10-11 ft, of water over structure throwing roadrunners. We ended up keeping 22 crappie and 2 channel cats. We saw Ceb out there this afternoon and he caught some nice fish. It was just a great day to be out there, hope everyone got to go.

    Another beautiful sunrise pic.

Hope everyone had a good day today.

Well...I had a good day but not that good! Went to church, cleaned the boat and truck...got the boat all gas and charged for next weekend.

That's a nice catch...Where is that in Ark. ? I'm just a hop, skip, and a jump from there.

Terrific snaps. Looks like sunset to me. However, my house faces west. Hard to tell directions from a picture. Thanks for sharing.

Wow - beautiful pics. Would you mind posting the full size versions of the sunrise pics? I'd love to add those 2 pics to my list for desktop wallpaper.

Jerry; You've got me wanting to move my vacation from the first week of April to this coming week! Good job on those fine fish!
