NJ Crappie

Finally got out crappie fishing. I didn't take the boat out, just did a little fishing from the bank. I used 1 plastic bait the entire day. I ended with 26 fish in about 45 minutes. It felt like I was getting fish on every cast. I released all the fish.

I was fsihing in Begen county. I grew up in essex county. My friend just purchased a home in sussex. I love it out there.


I just went back for some more none stop action. I had 42 fish in 2 hrs this time. I fished in a public park with a bunch of other people fishing. They caught nothing. One guy came over and said "real men don't use bobbers." 5 minutes later that same guy came back over and asked for a bobber. I hooked him up with a bobber, jig hook, and one of my plastic baits. On his very first cast he caught a fish. At one point he had 5 fish in 5 casts and was giggling like a litle boy.
