    Does anyone here use creek chub for bait. I have read that some people use them with great results.

    I actually prefer wild minnows. Of course I am using the small ones.

    i use creek chubs for catfishing at times, my dad has a creek full of them, they work good for catfish alive and even better dead. never tried crappie fishin with them, thought they may be too big, let me know if you have any success with them
