Looks like a heck of a place to have. Pictures are awesome thanks for sharing
We went on our annual play day at the ranch down on the Colorado river this weekend so I am in the no crappie involved mode or at least was . We had a blast though even with no crappie involved and I thought some of the photos might be nice to see . The wildlife was abundant and wanting in on some pictures and we ate fish until we about popped for Saturday dinner . Crappie, catfish and one lonely gar just for fun made the menu and we sure enough had some fun chasing that gar down on foot in the shallow water and watching my son in law dispatch it with a hand axe to the head
We were greeted at the front gate on our high noon arrival by a lone star on the left and a small doe on the right .One of the high points was my son in laws brother went into to town to pick some stuff up at his house and was greeted by a ringtail cat on the porch when he got there .Anyway the list of wildlife included skunks, deer, beaver, catfish, carp, gar, birds galore, turkey ,deer, frogs and so on and so forth . Yes the doggeez got skunk sprayed and it was a hoot from the beginning to the end ....
hope you enjoy the photos and have a great day
