    Default Paris Tn. Country Ham

Were heading down to Big Sandy the 31st of this month for a week. I really enjoy the country ham at the 4-Way grill for breakfast. Is there someplace in Paris or there abouts I can get a whole "country ham" and have it sliced into steaks. We just don't have the good ham up here just city ham.
If I could bring home a big ole ham and a bunch fillets all will be good.

    Thanks Mike

Bet it was Clifty Farms ham's Used to be able to buy them from the plant. Most stores should have them I buy them near me at The Grocery Stores. Not salty like a lot of hams.

Call Larry Overcast 731 784 6868 or 731 618 1638 for the best hams around.

Try Trollinger's on hiway 79 in Paris. Pretty sure they carry "Clifty Farms" and I'll bet they would slice it up if you asked them to.. Try the pork BBQ while you're there

The 4 Way is our favorite breakfast spot up there! Just about any of the local grocery stores (even Wal Mart) in Paris will have whole country hams hanging around in the meat department. When you get ready to fis you some, just remember to soak it first or it'll be super salty.
