Variety is the spice of fishing ...or so I've heard.
Most times fish of any species strike many designs in many colors. The search leading to discover is neverending.
How many jigs does one really need? Note: Crankbait boxes are omitted from this picture.

Yep, there's no doubt that you guys are TYPE I OCD Fishing freaks. TAKE HEART... YOU'RE NOT ALONE!!! I've got tons of stuff too and I usually go through all of it and clean up
and lube everything, including my twenty-some rods and reels, about this time of the year. Funny thing though... as much work as it is... I always look forward to doing it.
It is INDEED and ADDICTION.

Spoon minnow, you are investing for the future, if times get bad, we will have enough baits to finish out our time.

The sad thing from a non-angler point of view if the truth be know, I could catch fish for the rest of my life using one specific lure in one color to the exclusion of all others. But that would be like eating the same exact thing day after day after day after day..... BORING!!!! It's far more fun seeing how many different lures fish will bite on any given day.
The sad part is only those of us with this problem understand it .....the rest of the world don’t get it

Yea, try adding an inshore saltwater addiction along with an offshore saltwater addiction along with the Crappie/bream addiction. Oh and find some time for hunting and shooting addiction. Ahh then find time for camping thrown in the mix. Gotta love all of Gods outdoor creations. Wouldn't have it any other way.
Thanks for the pics. Want the wife to see. She'll never fuss at me again. Well, never may be too much to hope for......
