I was working at a place today and they had a live webcam of a bald eagle's nest on their TV. It is streamed from Fort Myers Florida. There are currently 2 young eagles in the nest.
I was watching it while I was working and most of the time not a lot is happening, but I noticed that the parents occasionally bring fish in to the nest for the eaglets. Most of the time the fish they bring are crappie. Nice sized ones to, comparing them to the size of the eagles. I got exited about seeing the crappies. My co-workers now think I'm strange. They are right.
Google "Southwest Florida Eagle Cam" if you want to watch. It's kind of addicting if you don't have anything better to do.
Cool stuff thanks for the share.
It is what it is!
