Default Felt Good to be Out

Nice weather but pretty breezy at the LOZ. I ended up catching 5 bass 3 that would keep including a 4 pounder. All were on an A-Rig and I did fiddle with a Keitech Swing Impact, Yum Houdini Shad, Husky Jerk, and a Super Spot. Also all my fish came on one stretch of bank in 6 to 12 fow that was brush heavy. I went to the back of Soap Creek and saw massive schools of big gizzard shad in a foot of water, even flicking the surface but couldn't find any bass with them. I hate today's country music but on the way home I heard "Fishin in the Dark" and "Achy Breaky Heart" so all in all a pretty good day for fishing and music.

I think my fishing buddy is fully recovered from a ruptured disc and he was holding on for dear life. Rippinlips I saw your truck at the boat ramp!

Yes I was out also standing on the trolling motor. Waves sometimes pulled the bow up so high the tm was just a slurping. Paul is supposed to make our post. Was good to be out and about.
