Nicely done.
Parts of lures can be attached using a candle flame and soldering iron. So many luress I've stored are either redundant designs (too many curl tail grubs) or that never worked good. Cutting off the part of one and attaching it to another can make all the difference whether a lure catches fish. Even reducing the length of a lure as well as using just a part of it can increase the number of strike dramatically. Here are a few:
decided I didn't like the body of the Crappie Magnet Minnow grub and attached the tail to another:
cut off the head of the craw and caught crappie and other species:
This 4" Slider worm and the paddle tail worm next to it worked much better shortening them by 1/2".
Nicely done.
Looks good
Variety is the spice of fishing and what better than being able to catch fish on a huge variety of lures!
