I know it doesn't answer your question but I have one on my cat and it looks like it would work well.

I installed a 3 step ladder on my 2016 Excel BayPro 203. Thankfully it was only used by a young guy who wanted to take a dip after an afternoon of pulling cranks. He was 6’7” and about 260. He had zero issues getting up and over the transom.
I got a factory installed ladder on my new BP203. I hope it is never used in an emergency but it could make the difference in a big guy like me being able to board or not. I’ll take my chances.
The one I installed was less than $100. Cheap insurance.
