Default Its like getting new eyes

Over the last few years more and more parts of my body have become less useful. Its been harder to tie jigs and hooks on. Last year I bought a new tool to help me and it is such a help. I use the TyePro now instead of squinting, holding it at arms length... you get the picture. I use 2 knots with it. The clinch, and the Krey Loop knot. I actually do more fishing and a lot less cursing now. If you have the same trouble threading the line give one a try.
I do not work for them nor am I sponsored by them. Just happy to have relief

Are you near sighted or far sighted? I can still see things if they are an inch from my eyeball.

Glad it worked for you.....I through mine in the garbage. It does not work for small hooks....nor most of the jigs I use. It did work with an 1/8 ounce head.

    Regards

Light is my big problem now, if the lighting is good I have amazing vision at one inch otherwise I'm approaching useless. The other problem as you age is your fingers get stiff so I may be in the market for one of these gadgets but I will give it a few more years :-)

I know what you are saying. On barbed collars the barb holds it away too far. I just use the file on my clippers to knock it down a little. Then it fits nicely.

I just bought a couple of "Hookeze" for this reason.
Makes it a whole lot easier to tie, including little fiddly swivels and such.
