Default My New Tackle Box System

I replaced my old broken tackle packs and graduated up from using Wal-Mart sacks. I looked at several tackle boxes before I settled on this model. It fits my style of crappie fishin' the best.

I prefer the softsided bag that hold the plano boxes. My current one holds 8 boxs(more than I thought I could fill but its amazing the junk you pick up over the years) Only thing I dont like about the plastic tackle boxes is that if left to the sun the at least in southern IL they cook and get extremely brittle.

    Here, here, me tooooo.

nice looking set up and great looking tackle. Dumping tackle boxes, I think everyone has done it, hehe. But, I too like bags with every space to put packaged plastic bags or plastic boxes, you can mix it up too. :D

I thought about your post on this subject from last week while I was out Saturday. I could not find my clippers after I had emptied everything in my tackel bag. Coats was kind enough to let me use his after he saw me biting the tags of of my jigs. I have been doing this for almost 40 years. There ain't no perfect tackel box, and there ain't no boat big enough.

    Default Tackle Box

Great looking box ! I saw a new plano, called 4x4 with 4 nice removable trays and good storage in the top that I plan to buy next. I agree that most people carry way too much tackle,my brother-in -law fishes with me and he carries a box that he would have to pay extra if he was getting on an airplane instead of my boat.
