    Default Millennium seat question

Got my new seats installed and love them. What are the keyhole slots on each side for? I was thinking to hang lures from as storage for quick access but I'm not convinced there is some other intended use for them.

I just mounted (2) in my Starcraft project, and my thought was that drink holders, umbrella holder, something like that attached in the area. Just a guess though.
Gene will be able to answer.

Just for decoration is my guess. Looks better than just a flat piece of steel.

I believe this is what you are talking about. Kinda wondered myself. Could be used for several things but it does look better than just flat.

Yes that's it. They are keyhole shaped and on both sides of seat. Could be tooling holes but that many shaped as they are makes me think they have an intended use.

Could just be to reduce weight ... or mount armrests ... or cup holders. But if they are for "mounting" purposes, the holes look a might large IMHO.

The ones on the website picture are round holes. Mine are keyhole shaped. It's raining cats and dogs here so I'll try to get a picture tomorrow.
