    Thumbs up

Four Winds Marina and Inn on the lake. If you google Monroe Res..you will find couple of other cabin setups. Lots of Motels in Bloomington In. right outside the lake. Bloomington is home to Indiana University. You can find a couple of nice motels in Nashville, In. About 10 miles east of Hwy 446 to center of lake. Couple of State Parks and launches on lake as well as lodging. 10500 acres is size of lake, bass, Crappie, blue gills, hybrids and stripers, catfish walleye stocked but limited catches as you really have to know how and when to fish for them. There is also a couple of guides on the lake as well. Google J & R Guide Service as well as Tom’s Guide Service as they frequent the lake for all species. Ask questions on Indiana forum and you will get more answers.

I've been warned about all the boat traffic on Monroe, might be best to start early and quit early or find a cove

if you go to the Cutright ramp from the ramp to the right everything is 10mph speed limit, if you go the the left under the bridge when you pass the buoy it's wide open. Cutright is on state road 446 and it's a state recreational area
