Not looking good, so far.
Has anyone tried the Jenko trolling rods. I am thinking about trying the 16' ones. Any info would be appreciated.
Don’t be so impatient lol. I have and fish the jenko and really like them. They have a good back bone and sensitive tip. With that said it’s like ford and Chevy vehicles. Everyone has there personal favorite they use and probably will say they are the best rods on the market. Best thing to do is go with someone and fish theirs or buy one and try it instead of buying a whole set and not likening them.
The pro for me on jenko is all stainless eyelets, good back bone and sensitive tip.
Bgjp, pro staff troll rod, and denali all have ceramic insert eyelets which will eventually come out or break. B n M will send you a replacement tip without sending the rod back but Denali insists on you returning the rod to them. B n m has great customer service and has been a leader for years in the crappie fishing industry but some of the upcoming companies may be setting new standards for quality rods.

Friend of mine starting fishing them this year, and he said he’s really liking them so far. He fishes Mississippi mostly so he’s been lifting some big fish with them.
ETA: he is fishing the 16’s.

I have a set of them great rod, you should be pleased with them.
I have them in 14' and they are good rods. I have used the 16' rods and like someone else said they have a great backbone and are still sensitive enough to see the bite. I have also used the 16' slab city rods by Jenko and they are also a great rod, a little more sensitive on a more flexible rod but still have enough backbone for me.
