After powder coating are they like jigs? Not sure I know why you powder coat hooks. But, I figured you would tell me since you have helped me a dozen times before.

What is that you have rigged up with the powder in it? It's a fluid bed I'm guessing but I'm trying to figure out how you have it rigged up.

Neat! I would like to see a picture of the hooks after you paint them. Sorry just looked again and I see them on the stands to the left. That's neat and the fish are liable to hit them without a bait on the hook.

Adding color to minner hooks seems to adds more enticement factor ...

Has it increased my catch rate? = I feel it has ...

I'm careful not to paint the barb - that makes it harder to get the minner on the hook and takes away from the Sharpness of the hookpoint ...

The built in O ring makes the PVC union a perfect fluid bed housing that easily allows changing the diffuser filter for color changes (I use regular 110lb card stock paper for the diffuser filter) ...

Cap one end and drill a hole for air supply ...

I had a few PM's asking about my custom built fluid bed ...

I tried several different types of media for the air diffuser media (coffee filters, paper towels, printer paper, etc) ... The 110lb card stock diffused the air more evenly thru the powder paint than any other media I tried ...

Air will indeed pass thru paper ...
