Today a friend I broke out the 12 footers for some spider rigging. Did a cool videos and I will share that in the coming weeks. Was curious about everyones feeling about spider rigging in the winter. Worth it? We fished 12-25 feet deep so 12 footers was perfect, but I must say......thought it would be better. Thoughts?

Spider rigging is the way to go in the winter but down here long lining will also work

Nice rig, I like to fish 1 pole this time of year. Put it in their face and don't move for a minute, normally they will hit when you PU a foot or so. going up or falling back. The secret is not moving jig much. Cold water slows crappie down.
Got out for a few hours today.
Spider rig jigs deep gave enough for dinner
