EGO 2S. Get the nylon 1/4" mesh and spray it with tool handle coating. Hooks and weights will not pass through and the
spray will keep the hook from penetrating the cord. It will be much lighter than a rubber net. It extends to about 9' plus the newer ones float. Grizzley Jig is a good source for them.
    Tell'em I'll be there.

Check out the new Jenko nets. Go to their website and check them out.

I fish alone, in a small boat, so I go with a teardrop hoop, about 3' long, aluminum handle and hoop, from wall Mart.
Then I changed out the nylon net with a Promar flat bottom, replacement, rubber net bag, from eBay.
Got $20 in it. Light and small. Piece of Noodle will float it, and hardly know it's in the boat.
Works for me with 12' rods.

I have an Ego net and bought a Jenko this year. I prefer the Jenko. At 12 feet in length, I can handle it with one hand to get the fish in the net. I fish alone most of the time and strength and weight are important for me.

There is only one. EGO is second to none. Paya little more and get the extender you'll be glad you did.

I love the ego net...but with very little use over the 2 years ive had it, it will not tighten up when I twist the handle anymore. I just bragged about it to someone... they bought one... and mine started doing this. Just my luck.
