    Default Float and fly rod

Looking for a 9' rod to double for float and fly for crappie mostly but also for occasional smallmouth. Any suggestions from y'all for under $60.

Both of those are good options. I just want to tell you to handle before you buy. I had an All Pro 10' F&F rods a few years back and it was very tip heavy. The extra backbone it had made it a great rod for which it was designed, but terrible to hold for any length of time. And it was over $100 when new. I have a couple of 10' BGJP's and like em fine for everything I've ever used em for.

Southern crappie makes a 9 ft that should work fine.

BnM also has 9' & 10' Tenn Handle style FnF rods (~$66). The 8' model has a counter balance weight ring system in the butt of the handle, and the handle has a fixed reel seat. I have two of the 8' models from doing field testing of them for BnM.
