    Default Masterbilt question

Am fixing to use all 4 tacks for pork loin...do you think the top rack or bottom rack will cook faster...yes, I know there will be a constant temperature...Am wondering whether to put the largest piece on top rack or bottom.

Any rack you want. Put your thermometer in the biggest piece.

Don't think it would matter but I would put the thermo in the smallest one, it should get done first, just take em off as they get done. What time's supper?
