Yep, sorry but the software does not provide the ability to upload pics directly in a PM. Not really sure why but I know it's not an option I can turn on. I've looked.
Also here's a link about pics and why they are flipped sometimes. It's detailed but essentially with newer software releases of apple and windows they are using an "orientation" flag that is not recognized universally, and it's also not easily corrected.
