    Default Spider rig question


    From just looking at my set up i dont think i have enough room to to run two drifters for sprider rigging. Looks like my tm will be in the way. Any suggestions Name:  1510448343416.jpg

    I have to turn my spyder locs long ways to stow the TM.

    My Hi-tec rod holder on the left was specifically placed so that I could turn it about a 1/4 turn and stow the TM :

    One reason I like the Hi-tecs so much is that there's little jutting out the front end of them, so they don't interfere with the TM being raised/lowered.

    Yep. Looks like that right side will have to twist a little when you stow and deploy the tm or you may have to just set the angle of your t bar and only use the couple rods that will be closer to you. It's very rare that i use more than 4 rods at a time when it by myself. Be sure the rods are just far enough away so you have leg room but won't have to reach too far to grab them on a bite.

    I would have never mounted the TM there. I would move it all the way to the Left where the TM is close to the center of the Bow when Deployed. Move the Depth finder forward close to where the TM is now Located. Then both Rod holders close to your Knees. Where You have the holder now is way to far from you. there would be more fish Missed than caught. When you get 4 Lines Tangled in a Tree top further is not better
