Sometimes those kinds of docks are great , they are difficult to get under though and the case of no voids in between the floatation device I fish just the perimeter on the shaded side up tight to them
It seems like all the docks on Hartwell, at least those near the Tugaloo State Park have large floating tans under them to support them. There are no more wooden docks like we used to fish under. So, are these floating docks good crappie habitat, and, if so, how do you fish them?
Thanks
GF

Thanks, Ketchn, that is very helpful information. The reminder to fish the shady side is something I might not have thought about.

If there is any opening between or beside, you can “shoot em”.
Don't forget to shoot under any pontoon "boats" that are moored there ... in a slip or tied on the edges.
Keep a close eye out for brush that the owners drop in. I’d you see a fish basket look near by..
Keep on keepin on!!!
