Default Best bang for your buck trolling motor,,,

not looking t spend $2,500 on a newer minnkota Utrex right now,,,, what can I get to use for crappie fishing that will give me what I need?
NEed at least 80lb 24v. 45-54" trolling motor without mechanical steer...
NEed spot lock or something similar
NEed a reliable trolling motor that gets me to and from my fishing areas,,,
    I don't crank much so 36v isn't necessary really,,,
I link would be a Big plus to help me find my fishing areas,,
I recon I Link only comes on minnkota motors?
    I own a hum bird Mega10 Finder,,,...

    Any suggestions?

Subscribed. I'm in the market too. I'd like the things you want and can't spend $2500.

I'm so far behind on TM technology that I don't know what I do need.

Just get you a good used one that is lightly used or a new old stock one if you can. The old Motorguide brutes in dual voltage where a beast. Nice bow mount fishfinder with GPS...two 29 or 31 class batteries with high amp hour ratings. You can get all that for under a thousand and go fishing. You probably won't catch a thing without the latest and greatest ...but you'll be in budget.

good grief I have bought complete boats with outboards, trolling motors, livewells, trailers, and a fishfinder for 2,500 bucks I have caught thousands of fish out of and fished for years with just minor repairs.
