    Default Possible lake record

Brother and I slogged it out again on Lake Austin. You may have seen lately the pics of nice fish except they weren't crappie (smile). Well this morning things started kind of slowly but all of a sudden my brother hauled in a nice slab. Long story short, we followed directions from Texas Parks and Wildlife and have submitted for what we believe is a Lake Austin record white crappie. Official scales show 1.85 pounds and 15 inches long. Thanks Ketchn and Slab for your encouragement and mentoring.Name: IMG_0505.jpg
