What size condos do y'all prefer? Large or small ? If small how many in one place?

Depends on the lake . I prefer smaller ones in shallow water . Rather build lots of small ones over a few bigger ones .

if you have current I'd say stake beds would be your best choice. Drive them in as deep as you can and then the current, either slow of swift won't move them. Anything else would re-locate if the current got really swift like after a heavy rain. JMO

No coves on Lake Austin with one exception near the dam.
