But, yeah ... it's an obvious "faked" picture; but I'm not sure it's a Photoshop pic ... looks more like a small Crappie hung in front of the camera, and the guy just posing in the background :dono
But, for sure it's an offset worm hook used for Bass fishing -- and the guys hands do not go inside the mouth, but are just making fists.

That's funny! But equally funny are the pictures with their catch held out at arms length to make them look bigger. So obvious!
