.... shoot, if that thing was really that big, it would weigh a whole lot more than 12lbs 4oz

But, yeah ... it's an obvious "faked" picture; but I'm not sure it's a Photoshop pic ... looks more like a small Crappie hung in front of the camera, and the guy just posing in the background
But, for sure it's an offset worm hook used for Bass fishing -- and the guys hands do not go inside the mouth, but are just making fists.
