Need a electrician

Hello I bought this switch panel and I have to put it together my self but there wasn't a guide in package for me to do it so I need a little help and maybe a learning lesson on how to do it. I have 9 sets of the wiring as shown. Thanks

The black and red with two wires should start your circuit. Then they will jump to the other switches. Red on one top side and black on the other. Then you will hook your accessories to the bottom side of the switch at the corresponding colors. Red being Positive and black being negative. Hope this gives you a good start
