    My Dad a I used to run a spinner bait over those grassy areas. It was quite the thrill to watch a big Northern come out of them and literally knock the blade off of them.

    Yes the northern are a blast. Fun watching them come up and grab your lure. They bite on just about everything. Flicker shads, jerk baits, white curly tail, paddle tails. Didn't seem to matter.
