    Default Underwater lights


    Looking at getting an underwater light to fish from a dock. Looks like there are a ton of options out there. Any recommendations? Not wanting to spend a fortune...

    If you are a little handy, there are several threads on here about making your own LED lights for fishing. I made one for maybe $35 in materials that looks like a $120 if I bought it. It is about 2 foot long completely wrapped in green leds. Have not tried it yet, but will soon.

    Agree with cwright just do a search at the top of the page and look for LED lights and you should get plenty.

    I built one a few years ago. Green leds and clear pvc pipe. I think it is close to 3 feet long. Puts out a lot of light

    Thanks guys. Went ahead and ordered one off eBay for 18 bucks. I had seen the YouTube videos but figured it would be cheaper just to buy one.

    Ofishlbizzness on the SC board makes some really nice ones also. PM him and get his idea on how to make them. You going to need an extra later on.
