    Default Pushing arkies

When pushing Arkies, which do you use more, 220's or 350's?

Both.....but really prefer the 350 sizes .....The new PICO crankbaits work great for pulling and pushing.

When I'm pushing or power trolling I want the weight to determine the depth my bait is running. If one is pushing a deep runner like an Arkie 350 or Bandit 300, the bait is always going to run deeper than the weight. I find no advantage to that. With a 3 foot leader, the 220 is going to run pretty much in line with the weight.

I plan to put some visual facts out shortly about cigar weights and crank baits depths. Should be interesting. I am waiting on weather and a shipmate to steer the boat and not pay attention to what I am doing.
