    Default New Shad Baits

Has any of you tried the new color from BG? Ice Out? I purchased some but haven't had a chance yet to use them. I also like Full Moon.

Many people on the DIY Soft plastics forum here on c.com make this lure. I personally love a two inch stinger bait.

I do too! But it's easier / cheaper for me to go to the store locally and get it. People charge $3.50 for a pack then $5.00 for shipping .... too pricey in my book. I just pay a flat $4. and some change.

Ice out is a good color. I use a bunch of others too. Just keep changing until I find which one is best that day. Bayou booger, bluegrass, monkey milk, ghost, and one of their new for this year, minnow. They've all worked well for me. One just may be better that day.

I have an ice out on one of my single pole rods right now. It's been a hot ticket for the last two or three trips out.

Crazy Angler has a color like that in his soft plastics Slab Bandits called Pearl/Truse and it is a good color!

I have one similar to Ice Out and like several others in their new line up. I use the itty bitty swimmers in several colors also with my 2lb rigs, with Eclipse being a real winner. If you've never gone that small. it's a rel blast. 1/64 with a #8 sickle hook and it's game on. And don't think that you can't handle big fish. I've landed 2lb 5oz so far, the little jigs with sickles hold on tight. Bobby Garland has some great baits this year. If you haven't seen em all, give Grizzly Jig a call or go to their website and check em out.
