me and screwdriver is hittin em again monday . hopefully the snot will have blowed away by then and the wind will be calm and it will be a banner day. here lately we havent had many of them down there
I think I am going to slip and slide down to Wateree to try the stripers tomorrow (Saturday). Gonna have the chance to see if all the money I spend on foul weather gear and thermal overalls and insulated boots and gloves and chemical hand warmers and space heaters and such is worth while.
Called Cedar Creek B&T and they open at 05:00 on Sat and Sunday and they have live shiners at $5.00 a doz.
Then if the weather at Oregon Inlet continues the way it is prognosticated for Monday and Tuesday, I am gonna leave Charlotte Sunday and fish for ocean stripers Monday and Tuesday a.m. IF the weather forecast holds true.
IF, IF, IF. Otherwise, a return trip to Wateree might be in the offing.

listen with your eyes---its the only way to beleive what you hear...
Does not appear that the wind will be a major factor tomorrow in terms of velocity. Now the easterly directions might be a problem.
