This guy goes in depth on how to long line troll with 14 poles. There are a lot of great tips here especially about using seven colors of line.

Wow. That was is an excellently? well done video. Definitely needs to get placed in the " don't want to lose " section of the site. I have watched many, many videos on how to long line troll and I think this one is the most informative one. Cover all elements of the subject in very concise and logical order. Only thing that I feel this video missed is trolling speed but that is readily found elsewhere. Well done sir. Two thumbs up.

Great videos,,,,seems like the guys that tipped with Minnows that day did pretty well seeing they coukdnt put down a pole,,,,wondering if the tip both jigs with Minnow or just bottom jig?im glad somebody mentioned speed of boat as well this time round,,, helps alot
from what I have seen it is usually bottom one and then you just have jig on top one. I like the jig and minnow myself for single poling as well but I am determined to get my Toon rigged up for doing a lot of long lining of jigs and cranks. it is fun and productive way plus easy and you cover a lot of water.
