fishing on stockton

another good day caught 35 keepers kept limit most 10 1/2 to 13 water 39dg color clear. wind light,jigs were mostly yellow caught a couple on black/chartruse most were 12to 20ft. some in 10ft. mostly small in shallow water big ones were just off the bottom 3ft. this makes 4days in a row and four limits. man what a time go get yall its crappy time.

Good mess of fish! Where do you fish on Stockton? Are there a lot of places to stay around there and have you ever had any luck with walleye?
We are going to Table Rock next Monday--Friends have a time share at the Wilderness Club (Big Cedar Lodge) and were thinking of fishing an extra day on the way back at Stockton. We may not be bringing a boat, are there places to rent a boat there?

thanks all yea I needed to catch some crappy, been a long hard winter. crappiehusker not to sure about boat rental but try calling mutton creek marina they are a full service marina. dock bait boats and all .

Beagle you fishing the area we fished in the fall. I might just have to make a road trip to get a limit the rock just wont give it up yet. Im glad to see your making up for lost time frome this bad winter we had. I'll let you know when I go next week.
