    Default Report; 5/31/17

As with my last report, I fished a local pond and the crappie were cooperating quite well. Started fishing the spot around 7:45 am and quit around 9:15 am, due to shore arms! Yep, they were really on the bite this morning. Have no idea how many I caught, but it was in excess of 30 crappie plus one yellow perch. All caught on BGBS's with 1/16 oz. pink jig head (won in a contest here!), on my 7' SHSS with 2# test Fireline & fluorocarbon leader. No giants, but most were very respectable crappie. Here are a few pictures:

A good way to spend about an hour & a half on a dismal, foggy, cool spring morning.
