I actually manage a lake for big bluegill. It's Tobacco Hills Lake on the Guy B. Park C.A. It's 17 acres and clear water so a low profile boat like a canoe or kayak or float tube works great. Bankfishing is best done along the dam and north bank which requires a bit of a walk from the west parking lot. There's an 8" minimum length limit on the bluegill and you can keep 10/day. The area is just north of Platte city on Hwy 371.
