    Default Driftmaster Customer Service

I have Driftmaster's transport rod rack, the Tip Saver I think it's called. Calls to them have been unanswered, messages left and no response, emails sent, no response. Since they don't give a hoot about their customers, I need a Transport rack for at least 8, 14' rods from a company who has customer service. Any suggestions?

Not to say you aren't having trouble, but I contacted them not long ago by email, and was immediately taken care of.

Funny you mention this. I have been waiting on Driftmaster for almost 6 weeks. Anyway, I like the design of their offset tip saver, but the lady that answers the phone has given me hasty, incorrect info on more than one occasion. She always seemed in such a hurry to get me gone. Call Monks Crappie. He answers his phone and will walk out and tell you what he has in stock thats right in front of him. It just so happened that he had the Driftmaster set I was looking for and shipped it the same day.

Take a look at Cornfield Crappie Gear's racks. He makes both horizontal and a vertical racks. He is a sponsor here on CdC.
