Any good news from Truman on the crappie?
went Sunday afternoon on Osage above Berry Bend. Plenty of timber floating. Did not catch a crappie.
on the way back my friends motor started over heating finished wit trolling motor and another friend that came and towed us through the worst of the floating mess.
water clarity wasn't too bad.

There was not many caught at camp last weekend. Where were you able to put in at?

Fished most of the day Sat.and ended up with 7,My brother fished all day and got 9.Real tough bite right now.

It should improve this week as they catch the flow and slowing begin bringing it back down. Time to get shallow and dip brush and willows.

We put in at Berry bend off the high water ramp.
lots of wood to get through.
got another brother coming in tomorrow. The problem I,see is just getting close to a bank with the water this high.

Lots of islands and points that will be shallow enough with brush and willows on them. Should be able to get to those to give them a try.

Don't think so unless it is off one of the access roads.

Several guys launching at Sparrowfoot. No docks in place and will have to use the north ramp and use the far north edge of it. Other than that the Otter creek road should be usable.
