Has anyone been by w-bridge to see if the boat ramp is open yet. If it isn't now it should be by the end of the week. Thanks for the info. Jim C.

Did not see if W was or not. I would bet a fair amount of money that it is. I fished the docks at the Little Platte and there was zero ice as far as the eye could see. Not too many more crappie either! Caught a few but it was pretty slow. Nice to get out though.

Basscatman, did you catch any or did you get skunked? I was just wondering.

Caught only six with 2 being over 9". Keep in mind I had the 9 year old and the 6 year old with me so out of the two hours I doubt I was able to fish more than 1 hour. LOL

They're drawing the lake down... Corps Site says they're flowing 100cfs instead of the normal 8cfs. It was almost a foot low to start with. Anticipating a Biblical flood, maybe?

Went out Tuesday. Saw very little ice on the water, but did find some in the back of coves. For the most part, 99% of the ice is gone. Didn't catch a thing, wind blowing big time. But it gave me time to blow out the cob webs from the moter and play with my new 787c2. Sweet!!!
