    Default Teezur Jigs with diapers

About a decade ago, these jigs were the cat's meow here. The reason I mention this is because I saw some jig heads at Country Junction Store when Billbob came to visit.

Seeing these jigs reminded me of when I use to stop by Richard William's place and watch him daub the jig heads in the powder paint. He was pretty good at it. I always managed to get a few while we gnawed on the bone of the day.

My favorite Teezur jig was the candy apple aspirin head. I mostly used the candy with white tubes.

While digging around in my jig treasure chest, I found a few. Instead of using tubes, I decided to put some diapers on the jigs. Got them dressed up and ready for the prom.

I am stuck at home this week with not much to do. We are having an old folks shower installed and I don't trust many people around my guns or my bible. I am learning to tie jigs, thus this post. I might put some eyes on the red one tomorrow after I vacuum the carpet. Then again, I might not.
C.Com keeps me off the streets.

Looks good like it is Tom. Do you have something to hold the jigs while you dot the eyes beside your vise?

I use hemostats, but the work table top is real slick. I tried cloth on the desktop, but this approach doesn't work well. You probably recognize the red paint.

    Default For dotting eyes

I made this a few years back for doing eyes. A board, some elmers, and an eighth inch wide staple gun attached some average clothes pins. Clip em in, dot your heart out, and let em dry. Flip and repeat. Just one way, I'm sure there are several others. Hope this helps some.

I will try the clothes pin out. I have a good supply of clothes pins. I don't wash my clothes too often and hang them out to dry, but I always clip up my tater chip bags with clothes pins. Clothes pins were a marvelous invention. Kinda like a Ford if you get my meaning.

I like both of those red colors. Are those single color or a mix to get those colors?
I haven't been able to find a BRIGHT red that I like. Keep up the good work.
