    Default Slabs!!

I'd like to see some pictures of your slabs and what and where your catching them. I caught mine yesterday at Lake Eufaula in Oklahoma. Caught them mostly on a custom bait maker in Sallisaw Ok called Triple T Baits(and they are awesome!!) Colors were Toxic chicken, black/chartreuse and a Bobby Garland red/pearl with pink 1/6 heads.

Good looking mess u got there. Baits look good to. Don't have no pics but I like to use the pink/chart strike king tube or a blue./white slabalicious or joker with pink, orange, or black 1/8 oz head.

Sure thought I'd generate more of a response than I'm getting!! One would think I was on a tournament bass fishing page. Lol

I envy you guys living down south for the size of Crappies that grow down there. Here in Wisconsin a 15 inch fish is a real rarity.

    Default what we use

I just posted a thread in the Florida forum about yesterdays trip called " Cool Crisp Morning". Had 11 fish that weighed 12 1/2lbs. 2over 13 and 1 over 14. Pitching 1/32 and 1/48 and a Panfish Assassin body with a pearl belly. 11 keepers in 2 hrs of fishing, no minnows.

That was the third one this year that weighed exactly the same- 2.31. Beginning to wonder if my digital scale is stuck there. I fish a lake off the Alabama river 90% of the time. No matter where I am there is a school of shad under the boat- I've had a cabin there for 4 years and the shad schools are amazing! I'm sure this is what makes them grow big
