There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

Don't forget the now 3 time Mississippi state champions David Cox and Steve Hockett. They are a couple Truman locals that are hard to beat everywhere they go. They are always the team to beat on Grenada in the spring. They are both members here on Crappie.com. Same for Mike Baker. He is one of the CDC guys that has been around since the early days. Met him at my first camp in 07' and have been friends ever since. His partner won the national championship a few years back in the fall pulling cranks below planer boards. Changed the way people look at trolling open water lakes. He was in a hunting accident 4 months ago and broke his neck from a fall from a deer stand. Unbelievable to see him back on the water so quickly.
