Default And now for something totally off the wall

I fish by myself a lot of times and with my bad knees and back, I find it really hard to walk up and down the ramp after parking my truck. Call me crazy, but while watching my grand daughter and her friends riding their Hoverboards I got to thinking why couldn't I get one for adults and ride it going up and down the ramp. It would be light enough that I could lift it into the boat once I get to the water's edge and when I get ready to back the truck down I could ride it back up to retrieve my truck. It would take a lot of practice before I would be comfortable trying it at the ramp, but I think it would solve my problem. I said it was "something totally different". What do y'all think ?
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.

I dunno. Bad knees and back are enough. You don't want to add "skull fracture" to the list.

also consider the fact that they sometimes catch fire and in your boat would be a bad place for that to happen

I'm as outside the box as they come and I won't even try one. Gravel equals busted parts.
