Bought a Roadrunner in a pack that had two of these paddle tail bodies, and need some more... Yes, I know that it's on a Beetle Spin now, I was trying it out since the RoadRunner was a bit too heavy and sank too fast... Now, I am down to one left, and would really like to get some more. Any ideas?Name: paddletail.jpg

Yep - what crumpdoc said - my favorite swim lures - I use them all the time. That one is the Junebug color. That, and Black Tuxedo are my favorite colors for murky/muddy waters. I put them on a 1/16 oz sickle hooked jig head and fish anywhere from 18" deep under a float, to the bottom with them. I always put the hook in line with the tail creases to make it swim better at slower reel speeds.

fished the slabilicious in cajun cricket this weekend in a farm pond and the gills and crappie both tore it up. the smaller gills kept biting off the tails. little turds.

They work almost as well with the paddle off.
    Fish hard live hard.

Thanks to all... Once I knew what to look for, I was able to locate some this afternoon. Crappie and Bluegills beware!
