Default King Pin Shallow Water Anchor System?

I'm thinking about installing the King Pin Shallow Water Anchor System on my new boat. One on the bow and one on the stern, main use will be for fishing stake beds and brushpiles, opinions?

Those and the stickit pins work real well. If I were looking for that purpose I would go that route over having kickstands on my transom.

I've been using a home made version for about 30 years. I can't see myself without them.

I have always used a long bamboo pole and secured with a cord or bungee. However if placed in a sandy/silty bottom it can be a pain to remove if the sediment settles. Good thing they are free so if you can't remove it then it will be there the next time you wanna tie up to it.
