Advice on the HELIX 9 or 10 DI CHIRP G2N

Looking to put one of the two CHIRP G2N on my bow and mount to my TM. I was really wanting the 10 since I have the Helix 10 SI G1 SI at my console and love how clear and bright it is.
Anyone have the Helix 9 up front and is there really $300 dollars worth of difference? Thanks in advance.

Don't have either one so this is just a opinion, the 9 would be fine for a bow unit UNLESS you might ever want to go to the 360. Then the larger screen would be invaluable. Would be a lot easier on the pocket up front than down the road with losing money on used unit sale and then buying new larger unit.

I have yet to hear of anyone wishing they would have saved a few dollars with a smaller screen after using a larger screen ...

If you can swang it go with the gen 2 10 bigger is always better .you probably already know but check out Brian a bbg marine for good prices and great service .
